Shipping
Currently, all our products are made to order. Please allow approximately 4 weeks for production. We will notify you once the order is ready for shipping.
We offer FREE express shipping Australia-wide on all orders. Allow 1-3 business days to receive deliveries once parcel has been dispatched.
For international shipping costs, this will be applied at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Because each Golden Child piece is made to order — and many are personalised — we’re unable to offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
Custom & Personalised Jewellery
All custom and engraved pieces are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or not as described. We appreciate your understanding as these pieces are made just for you.
Exchanges (Non-Custom Items)
For non made-to-order pieces, such as chains, If your item hasn’t been worn, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Please note: Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our jewellery. If your piece arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us at hello@goldenchildjewellery.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll assess the issue and organise a replacement, repair or refund where applicable, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. It's important you send any items back to us using a tracked and insured service as we cannot be held responsible for any loss in transit.
